"We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Don Juan in Tossa de Mar. The hotel exceeded our expectations and offered excellent value for money. The location is perfect – peaceful and quiet, yet only a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the town center. Our room was clean, fresh, and well maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel also offered evening entertainment, including dancing and karaoke. Overall, this is a great hotel for the price, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tossa de Mar. Excellent value for money!"

"What a lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived (very early, due to flight time) We were able to store our luggage behind a locked door, then wandered off to find our way around. Beach within a few mins walk. Lovely spacious room. Comfortable beds, beautiful shower. Mini fridge, dressing table, lovely sized balcony overlooking the pool. Thoughtful bits in the bathroom. Toothbrush, comb, soap shower gel etc. We were half board were the food was delicious and plentiful. Nice outside bar, and indoor spa. Will definitely return"

"Really wasn’t happy. We didn’t actually stay in the hotel we were given because it wasn’t the one that we had booked. There was a very good reason why we booked Hotel Mar De Tossa - we were going to check it out in preparation for taking 40 children to it next year. We were shocked to find it closed and then sent to another hotel where there was only a key pad and no human beings. We left the hotel and found another one that had people there. As we didn’t get the hotel we booked and ended up paying for another one we would like a refund for what we paid. We will never book through Hotels.com again. The whole situation was unacceptable."

"Super hotel,5 minute walk to bus station, 5 minute to to beach. The hotel was spotless, everything cleaned daily. The pool area was super, loads of sunbeds, quiet and relaxing, only low music playing at bar so did not interrupt. The pool bar/restaurant was cheap, professional and great choices. The breakfast was super, bacon to die for. Plenty of fruit, breads pastries etc. The staff were super friendly and helpful, really well trained and show compassion for their jobs. The only 1 let down was the shower, it was surrounded by a curtain, and because the shower was so small it stuck to you so was not comfortable. They probably can't change it but even a glass partition would have been better. Also a small fridge in the room would have been great but he ho. Lovely pot of tea in the restaurant only 2 euros (for the Irish reading this) "
