Villa Supina is a historic stone house surrounded by nature in the hills of Toscolano Maderno, on Lake Garda.

An authentic property full of character, enhanced over the years by its owners while preserving the original charm of a traditional Lake Garda mountain home: stone walls, distinctive red windows, large green spaces and a panoramic location where the lake, mountains and nature become an integral part of the experience.

The villa is located at Via Mezzane 42, above Toscolano Maderno, in a quiet area completely surrounded by greenery. It is ideal for those looking to escape traffic and crowds, relax in total privacy and experience Lake Garda from a privileged viewpoint.

From the property, you can enjoy spectacular views of Lake Garda, Gargnano, Bogliaco, Villa di Gargnano, the Verona shore and Monte Baldo.

Here, silence, greenery, olive trees and fruit trees surround the house, creating an authentic and relaxing atmosphere.

🏡 THE VILLA

Villa Supina is arranged over two interior levels, with large outdoor areas spread across several levels.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and is particularly suitable for families, friends or small groups looking to share a holiday on Lake Garda without giving up privacy and space.

On the ground floor there is a large living area, one of the most characteristic spaces of the property.

The living area includes:

The villa also provides adjustable binoculars, perfect for taking a closer look at the panorama, lakeside villages and surrounding mountains.

The kitchen is designed to allow guests to comfortably prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner during their stay.

The upper floor can be reached via an internal spiral staircase or the outdoor stairs leading to a large balcony.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with windows and views of Lake Garda and the surrounding nature.

Each bedroom has:

• 2 single beds
• air conditioning
• clothes storage space
• wardrobe, drawers or coat rack with hangers
• views of the lake and landscape

In total, the villa offers:

3 bedrooms – 6 single beds – 6 sleeping places.

One of the bedrooms also has a desk with a light, useful for guests who wish to work during their stay.

Another bedroom has a table that can also be used as a support surface or changing table.

❄️ AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL BEDROOMS

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, an especially important comfort during the hot summer days on Lake Garda.

Two bedrooms have air conditioning systems with external units, which are generally quieter.

One bedroom has a portable air conditioner with external exhaust: it effectively cools the room but may be slightly noisier than the other systems.

Air conditioning allows guests to sleep comfortably during summer nights and enjoy relief during afternoon rests.

The upper floor has a second full bathroom with:

👶 BABY COT

Upon request, a travel cot can be added to accommodate a baby.

The additional cost of the cot is €40.

The property is spread across several levels and is surrounded by olive trees, apricot trees, trees and Mediterranean vegetation.

Villa Supina has several areas for outdoor dining.

The first is directly in front of the house and has a table for 4 people, parasol and a beautiful panoramic view of approximately 180°.

The second area is elevated, near the swimming pool, and offers a particularly impressive view towards Gargnano and Lake Garda.

Going up a few steps through the garden leads to the panoramic swimming pool, one of the property's most impressive features.

The pool always offers open views of Lake Garda and the mountains.

The pool area includes:

The outdoor spaces are spread across several levels and include stairs and changes in elevation. For this reason, families with children are advised to take particular care.

🚗 PARKING

The property has private outdoor parking.

There is no garage and the parking area is not covered.

There is ample outdoor space to comfortably park up to 3/4 cars.

📍 LOCATION

Villa Supina is located at Via Mezzane 42, Toscolano Maderno, in a hillside position above the town.

The villa is approximately 10 minutes from the Church of San Michele in Toscolano.

The final section of the road can be narrow and unpaved in some places. The road can nevertheless be travelled with any type of vehicle, but guests should be aware of this feature before arrival.

The location is ideal for those who want a holiday in nature, away from traffic, while still having easy access to the main destinations around Lake Garda.

🚗 HOW TO GET HERE

Coming from the A4 motorway, the reference exit is Desenzano del Garda.

From Desenzano, continue towards Salò and then along the SS45bis Gardesana Occidentale, following the western shore of Lake Garda towards Toscolano Maderno.

From Salò, pass through the Gardone Riviera and Maderno areas until reaching Toscolano Maderno.

From Toscolano Maderno, the road climbs towards the hillside area of Via Mezzane.

To make the first arrival easier, guests are asked to communicate their arrival time in advance.

For in-person check-in, a meeting point is arranged by agreement.

From there, a member of our team will personally accompany guests to the villa and show them the road, property access and parking area.

Self check-in via keybox is also available, with video and detailed instructions for reaching the property independently.
