Maison Bellini 4 with pool and near to the lake

Welcome to the beautiful Maison Bellini completely renovated in 2021!

The four apartments are located in a beautiful detached house, surrounded by a lovely designed garden with a pool.

These modern and preciously furnished apartments are ideal for a relaxing holiday. The small holiday residence is only a short walk away from the beach, from the lake promenade, and from the center, and there is also a children's playground just a few steps away from the house.



The apartment Maison Bellini number 4 is spread over 2 floors. On the second floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with glass shower and from here a spiral staircase leads to the private roof terrace. The first flooe consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with an open, modern, fully equipped kitchen with a couch and dining table, and a second bathroom.



In the outdoor pool you can refresh yourself on hot days and then relax on the sun terrace in a deck chair.

A parking space at the house belongs to the apartment.



A perfect destination for eventful days with the family or a romantic time for two - you will definitely spend a wonderful holiday here!



Toscolano-Maderno has a wonderfully mild climate. The nature with cypresses, holm-oaks and olive trees offers a great example of the Mediterranean scrub. Enjoy the time in this beautiful Toscolano-Maderno holiday apartment. You won't be bored. The 4,000 square meter bathing beach, which has recently been wonderfully expanded, takes care of that. And moreover: if you like playing golf, you can enjoy it in Golf Bogliaco. If you want to visit one of the most famous and nicest places around the lake, just take the ferry (which runs all year round) to Torri del Benaco. The Scaliger Castle from 1383 and many other attractions await you here.

The location is suitable as a starting point for one-day trips to the beautiful cities of Verona, Brescia, Venice and around Lake Garda.

The famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are around 35 km away for a day of fun. Ask for discounted tickets at check-in.

Fantastische Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben uns als vierköpfige Familie (Kinder im Alter von 10 und 13 Jahren) hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist klasse, die Lage super (Gardasee, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar) und die Dachterrasse einfach absolut fantastisch. Auch ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um den Gardasee und die Umgebung zu entdecken. Hier lässt es sich gut erholen!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Lage zentral gelegen, ob zum Strand, zum Restaurant, einkaufen oder zur Eisdiele. Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden und auch im Urlaub sind Fragen schnell beantwortet worden. Der Pool hat uns allen gut gefallen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.

Ho soggiornato con il mio ragazzo ed e’ una soluzione dotata di tutti i comfort e vicino a tutti i servizi.. e’ un posto ideale sia per chi vuole rilassarsi sia per chi vuole divertirsi (locali notturni a pochi minuti di macchina)! Terrazzo con vista lago bellissima!
