Entering my elegant apartment you find yourself in front of an immense open space lounge with three sofas, one of which is a bed and a television, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with tub, washing machine and shower. In the sleeping area two large bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. Only a few steps away from home and you can admire the wonderful lake with sandy beach and equipped beach, at 100 meters from the pier where the ferries depart that will take you to the most beautiful places on the lake. Fantastic lakeside promenade, cycle paths, trails in the valley of the paper mills and the nearby mountains, will make your holiday unforgettable.
A ride around and you can access the nearby public transport stop, at the nearby pier with all types of boats, at the point of hiring motorboats, at the point of renting bicycles. Walk to the lake, bike path, panoramic train.
You can practice all sports in the beautiful setting of the lake. The nearby 18-hole golf course, with a splendid lake view, set in a picturesque valley 100 meters high, covered with oleanders, laurels, cypresses, olive trees and other plants typical of the Mediterranean vegetation.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben im Juli/August 2023 zwei Wochen Urlaub in der Villa Marzia verbracht (Familie mit 3 Kindern). Die Lage ist super, die Ausstattung super, die Vermieter super nett. Alle Angaben im Inserat haben auch so zugetroffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Carsten Wilde aus Worms, Deutschland

Die Unterkunft entspricht voll und ganz dem wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt vom ersten tag an und der Kontakt zum vermieter hat wunderbar funktioniert. Wir kommen definitiv wieder !

Schöne Erdgeschosswohnung, ideal gelegen

Die großzügige Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, alles wie beschrieben, sogar einige deutsche Fernsehprogramme, wurden netterweise innerhalb von 24 Stunden installiert, da wir kein Italienisch sprechen. Auch die gepflegte Gartenanlage lud zum Verweilen ein. Obwohl ruhig gelegen, war alles fußläufig bequem zu erreichen, z. B. die ausgedehnte Strandpromenade, Restaurants, Supermärkte und der Hafen der Navigazione. Wir haben unser Auto dort kaum genutzt, da wir unsere kleineren und größeren Ausflüge mit dem Schiff gemacht haben. Auch der Kontakt mit der sehr netten Gastgeberin hat hervorragend funktioniert, obwohl sie kein Deutsch und wir kein Italienisch sprechen. Also alles top.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, gut gelegen für an den Strand und in der nähe auch sehr gute Einkaufsgelegenheit. Man kann an der Seepromenade ausgedente Spaziergänge machen.

Beautiful home in Tuscolano-Maderno

We are a family of 4 from the USA. We spent 3 days in Toscolano-Maderno on Lake Garda. The house was perfect! It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook in for a few nights. The house is in a great location, just s short walk to the water, shops, the ferry and restaurants. Marzia was a wonderful host and very easy to work with. She answered all of our questions promptly and was accessible if we needed anything. We loved our time in Marzia’s home and hope to return someday.

Zuviel loben darf ich nicht, sonst klappt das nie wieder mit einer Reservierung ;)) Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit. Schöne wertige Einrichtung, lediglich das Schlafsofa für Person 5+6 roch etwas muffig. Fenster in alle Himmelsrichtungen, teilweise mit Fliegengittern: gutes Durchlüften möglich. Ca. 100 Meter zum Lago, dort direkt leckeres Restaurant mit Fisch und Pizza-Leckereien sowie angrenzendem "Bezahl"Strand mit Sand und Liegen und Schirmen. Wer das nicht mag, geht nochmal 100 Meter weiter und hat den öffentlichen Stand mit Steinen, auch netten Apero Bars oder Eiscafé oder oder oder. Auch in die Altstadt oder zu Auchan bzw. Signa (beides große Einkaufsläden) nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Aufgrund von Teerarbeiten gab es eine veränderte Straßenführung, so dass alle Fährennutzer von Torri am Haus vorbeifahren mussten. Der Garten ist gut ausgestattet, nachts läuft der Sprinkler, dem Faulenzen steht nichts mehr im Wege. Danke Marzia für die schöne Zeit!

Schönes Domizil in sehr guter Lage

Gut ausgestattete, stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in zentraler, dabei erstaunlich ruhiger Lage. Kurze Wege zum Strand und für tägliche Einkäufe. Interessanter Ort mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Tal der Papiermühlen mit einem großartigen Museum).
