Lakefront Apartment "Al Segnavento Roccafredda" with Pool, Wi-Fi, and Garden

Set within a beautiful private park with a pool, right on the Maderno lakeside promenade and just steps from the main square and the beach, this elegant, newly built ground-floor apartment offers 55 m² of comfort. The space features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom—accommodating up to four guests. Enjoy your own private outdoor area with a covered terrace, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Guests benefit from peace and privacy, surrounded by greenery, with access to the shared pool and sunbathing area, complete with garden furniture and an outdoor shower.



The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. The property includes a reserved parking space and bicycle parking. An electric vehicle charging station is available for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed. The property follows waste sorting guidelines. A cot and high chair are available on request. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and heating. Towels and bed linens are provided on request for an extra fee.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage nahe der Promenade

Pros: Neue moderne Wohnung, sehr schöner gepflegter Garten mit Pool, super Lage. Cons: Leider war es in unserer Wohnung Roccafredda durch das Vordach etwas dunkel. Parkplatz unter Bäumen die mit Krähen belagert waren, dadurch leider viel Krähenkot auf dem Auto.
