  • The house is located in a very quiet area in the centre of Toscolano.
    Enjoy a glass of wine in the garden, surrounded by lemon and orange trees, or fire up the grill for dinner.
    Your children can play in the garden safely.
    And your dogs are very welcome ;)
    If you’re looking for a place to unwind from the stress of daily life, well, you’ve found it!

    From the garden, you enter the living area: a kitchen (with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker) and a sofa with an LCD satellite TV.
    The modern style of the kitchen and the antique cabinetry create a charming contrast.
    On the second floor are two bedrooms and the bathroom; the larger one has a double bed, and the second has a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the garden.
    Complimentary toiletries. Free Wi-Fi is available both inside the house and in the garden.

    Just a 5-minute walk takes you to the beach, near the Roman villa dating back to the 1st century AD. A dog-friendly beach is available.
