Po prostu relaks!

Fascynujące miejsce, blisko jeziora. Zakwaterowanie daleko wykraczające poza nasze wcześniejsze oczekiwania - w obiekcie z "duszą". Czysto, schludnie oraz przestronnie. Bardzo miła i proaktywna obsługa. Krótko pisząc, miejsce godne polecenia. Chcielibyśmy tam jeszcze wrócić;)

Huisje en faciliteiten zijn super

Het huisje in onderdeel van een groter complex en heeft een dubbele etage. Er is niet echt een zit gedeelte. Maar wij waren vooral buiten deze maand. De douche was lekker warm en ook de keuken was goed ingericht. Enige nadeel is dat het erg lastig is om je auto te parkeren. De straten zijn super smal en wij hebben de auto daarom deze week laten staan op 1 plek.

Appartement voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen (gezien ook de foto’s). Delen van minimaal stukje balkon met rokende buren. Geen privacy. Amper (dag)licht in de ‘woonkamer’. Lastig te bereiken met de auto. Zijn na drie dagen vertrokken.

Abenteuerliche Zufahrt

Schönes Objekt mit großem Garten und schönem Pool. Eingang etwas schwer im Strassenwirrwarr zu finden und auch sehr schmale Einfahrt. Nur was für erfahrene Autofahrer. Das Haus selber sehr gut restauriert. In der Küche ist das Nötigste vorhanden. Kein Geschirrspüler, kein Toaster. Preis Leistung war ich nicht ganz mit zufrieden. Aufschlag Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kurtaxe, Klimaanlage. Läppert sich zusammen.

außergewöhnliche Atmosphäre

altes Mauerwerk ( alte Residenz ) ... hohe Decken ... schönes Ambiente ... perfekte Poolanlage in Terrassenlage auf der einen Seite ... allerdings auch hellhörig und schlechte Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto auf der anderen Seite. In eigener Sache : warum 3 Anbieter und ständiger Bewertungswunsch ... schon 3 Minuten nach Buchung ? Warum bin ich Kunde geworden bei : Casamundo - Interhome - IHG Home to go - warum 3 Ansprechpartner ? Zum Ende auch noch : Camping Team Baia Verde als 4. Partner ?

Schöner Ausblick

Die Zimmer waren tip top sauber. Genau wie die Pools und das übrige Gelände. Der Ausblick von den Liegewiesen und unserem Zimmer wunderschön. Man kann über den See blicken. Unschön ist die Größe der Dusche (nur 60cm) und der penetrante Geruch von Mottenkugeln in den Kleiderschränken. Wir haben unsere Sachen lieber in den Koffern gelassen. Auf den Parkplatz der nur über eine sehr schmale und steile Zufahrt zu erreichen ist, haben uns nicht getraut, aber es gab unten (200m) immer einen Parkplatz.

Een heerlijk plekje!

Wij hebben enorm genoten van de mooie ligging, het heerlijke zwembad en de gezellig barbecue-plaats! Alles was in orde, en het centrum is op wandelafstand. Vanuit Maderno kan je de boot nemen om oa Sirmione en Limone te bezoeken, ook heel leuk. Voor ons was het een topvakantie.

Italien pur

Das Objekt befindet sich im alten Ortskern von Toskolano und schon bei der Auffahrt zum Haus durch die engen Gassen fühlt man sich mitten in Italien. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit, vor allem für uns als Hundebesitzer zum Hundestrand. Von unserem Balkon hatten wir einen tollen Blick zum See und die Zimmer waren praktisch und urig eingerichtet.

Urlaub am Gardasee

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir liebten das alte Gebäude. Es wurde mit viel Aufwand geschmackvolle renoviert. Außerdem war die Anlage gepflegt. Überall duftete es nach verschiedensten Blüten. Obwohl das Haus fast ausgebucht war, hatten wir trotzdem manchmal den Pool ganz für uns alleine. Der Bäcker war fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso war man schnell am Gardasee. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber der Pool auch der wurde jeden Tag kontrolliert und sauber gemacht man hatte genug liegen und es war total ruhig. Die Auffahrt war erstmal etwas schwierig aber nach dem zweiten Mal schafft man es man braucht etwas Übung ich geb den Tipp fahrt im 1. Gang hoch ich sag nur sehr steile Auffahrt und sehr enge Gassen.

Parkplatz und Wohnung ohne Balkon schlecht

Zur Wohnung gab es zwar einen Tisch im Innenhof, aber Urlaubsstimmung kam beim Anblick Terracotta-Roter Wände nicht auf. Der ausschlaggebende Punkt jedoch ist die extrem enge, steile und mit ungünstigen Winkeln versehene Auffahrt zum Parkplatz. Das Kupplung und Träger keine Schäden hatten, gleicht einem Wunder. Der Gardasee ist super, aber diese Unterkunft ist bei uns krachend durchgefallen. Selbstverständlichkeiten wie Sauberkeit oder Freundlichkeit, fallen da nicht ins Gewicht.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Einschränkungen

Es gab Überraschungen. Handtücher/Bettzeug waren gebucht, bezahlt; vor Ort war dies unbekannt. Also nochmals zahlen. Klodeckel war gebrochen, Spültaster nicht ok und es tropfte ständig hörbar. Die Herdplatten faktisch nur mit 2 Töpfen nutzbar (Stromautomatik) Sehr hellhörig (Holzdecke). Halsbrecherisch (für Autoschäden) die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz. Echt ärgerlich: Der nächste Bäcker erst in 800m, Supermarkt 1200m. Restaurantauswahl fussläufig eher dürftig (viele im Sept geschlossen).

Das Haus wurde aufwendig, liebevoll und klug restauriert. Jeder Raum hat seinen eigenen Charme. Es ist Hunde- und Kinderfreundlich. Man findet alles was man braucht, wir würden das nächste mal noch einen Toaster mitbringen. Bäcker ist um die Ecke, Supermarkt zur Zeit ein Fußmarsch von 20 Minuten entfernt. Nette Vermieter, alles sauber und ordentlich, schöner Pool!

Romantisch wohnen in der Altstadt

Ein wunderschönes altes Gebäude, sehr schön restauriert und mit 18 Wohnungen versehen. Vom Pool aus und dem dritten Stock hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über die Dächer der Altstadt bis auf den Gardasee. Wichtig zu wissen ist es, dass man kein allzu großes Auto fahren sollte, um die Parkplätze nutzen zu können. Des Weiteren ist das typische Touristenzentrum mit Supermarkt 1,5 km entfernt und hat eindeutig zu wenig Parkplätze, so dass man die Strecke meist mehrfach am Tag zu Fuß laufen wird.
