Von den 170 qm liegt die Hälfte nicht im "Zwischengeschoss" sondern in einm weitgehend fensterlosen Keller mit lauter Zwangsbelüftung. "Die Ausicht von der Ferienwohnung ist super schön. Die Vermieter super nett und zuvorkommend. Für uns war die Lage leider ein wenig abseits des Zentrums. "Pros: The views from the pool and the dining area are amazing. Cons: If you are staying here you definateley need to have a car, the welcome pack gives taxi numbers that do not answer mostly and when they do they are busy. Taxi service is basically none existent in Toscolano Maderno. Having this information prior to arriving would have made us better prepared with our travel plans."

"It was a perfect location for a group of 11-13 people. Beautiful, very large garden with lots of privacy, BBQ area and a lovely pool. Directly at lake Garda, we could use the private jetty for swimming and fishing. Large living rooms (a separate one first floor), and many bedrooms. Sufficient parking space for several cars. Minor tip for improvement: the washing machine in the cellar is great, but adding a dryer would make it really complete. Toscolano is an ideal location for all kind of trips in the region (car of ferry), but also has an own public sandy beach at 6 min. walk from the villa. We had a great time!"
