"Clean room , easy parking amazing staff very friendly and respectful and fast. We have been visiting las hadas for over 5 years and i see more friendly staff. Love the breakfast options and fiesta Mexicana was so fun. Natalia was very professional and check us in so very fast. Our car guys are so helpful. Wish you guys offer to go bags for breakfast our kid was sick and didn’t get nothing to eat even if we paid the all inclusive. We loved our suit and our room was spotless no complaints at all. I love the new snack options by the pool. "

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The oceanfront views were beautiful, and the pools were well-maintained. The room was clean; however, I did encounter a large spider in the bed, which was concerning. Fortunately, I was not bitten. Aside from this incident, the hotel was great."

"The bed was stiff and uncomfortable. There were bugs and what seemed like worms on the living room floor, which we had to let the owner know. The kitchen appliances looked dusty, coffee maker had old coffee in it. Seemed like they haven't been properly cleaned in a some time. There is also no AC. The host was responsive and friendly, however, we wouldn't stay again due to comfort conditions of the property."

"Hotel building is very old and it shows everywhere. Bathroom was filthy! Extremely gross with mildew and fungus on shower floor and doors and wall, and sink, and mirror! Clogged/ slow drain. Bedding dirty. But room is very big. Our 2 full size beds were sort of comfortable it you could fit another bed."

"This place is a trap. The pictures do not represent the state of the facility at all. There is no palapa in the common area. the place is run down and falling apart. There is no AC in the rooms. There is no wifi in the rooms. I stayed here for 4 of the 6 nights that I booked, and told myself that I enjoy camping and this was a step above camping. Then a storm came through and I had water pouring into my room in all areas of my room. This feels like an abandoned hotel that someone found a way to get power to, and started renting rooms out. The lady at the front desk and the maintenance guy were very pleasant. They did call the owner for me and the owner made zero effort to make this right. I also reached out to Hotels.com and they offered zero help or support. I asked them to investigate the place and I do not get the impression that they will. The view is amazing if you get an ocean front room. Bring a tent to set up and your cleaning supplies though. The pictures don't do it justice of how bad this place is. I wish I could post the videos I took. "
