Did not meet expectation

To start with the access to the villa. It is 3 km on a very poor road. It`s narrow, steep and in a very bad shape. Tha house is older than it seems in the pictures, and the is no AC. The cleaning was not the best, and you notice that this is not a home, it`s a house for rental. We wehere the in july, and the water in the shower is too warm after lunch, which makes it impossible to take a shower. According to the representative of the house, it is because of construction. The outsaide area is nice, but i missed a lounge furniture for relax.

The way to the villa is a bit of an adventure. Steep and narrow so you should be familiar with your car. Bathrooms are renovated and nice, kitchen is ok has everything you need but a bit aged. Pool is spacious and prob up to 3 m deep. Outside kitchen also dated and gas stove does not work.

Great views and large & deep pool. Very friendly owner :) only downside might be the road to the property which is quite steep at parts. But then again you get your peace and quiet up there :)

The villa is beautiful, very spacious. Pool is large and very deep. Have everything you need. The views are absolutely breath taking and the pictures doesn't do the justice. Even the views trough the windows while washing dishes are mesmerising. Villa located on the top of the mountain, with good access, gated. The road is not too bad to it. Beach is nearby, so is the supermarkets. Kitchen is very spaciuos, however could do with couple of good knifes. Living and dining room is beautiful with large TV and sofa. Bedrooms are simple, but has everything you need. Bathrooms fully working, has very spanish look. Laundry room with very nice washing machine. Used Rapido for a quick wash in 40min. Bar area outside, has gas hob, fridge and barbecue. This area was used the most for cooking. Outside patio has a large dining table and bar table with stools. What could improve is some personal touch such as more flowers and plants, otherwise is perfect. We had fantastic time with children!

Der Weg zum Haus ist echt grenzwertig. Nicht nur abenteuerlich oder ungewöhnlich, sondern wirklich gefährlich. Viele Schlaglöcher und auch gefährliche Ecken. An vielen Stellen passen nicht 2 Autos nebeneinander und man kann nicht ausweichen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes fanden im Haus Bauarbeiten statt. Unter dem Haus, also im Basement würden Appartements gebaut. Das war sehr laut. Der Eigentümer hat zwar gesagt, dass wir uns melden sollen wenn es stört, aber an manchen Tagen waren wir den ganzen Tag im Haus und da gab es natürlich immer wieder Lärm.

Das Haus ist an einer exzellenten Lage. Die Ruhe in der Nacht ist ruhig. Die Betten waren angenehm und auch die Nasszellen sind neuer und sauber. Sicherlich sind gewissen Einrichtungsgegenstände in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ergänzt und z.T. ersetzt werden. Wie es bereits frühere Gäste beschrieben haben, der Anfahrtsweg ist nicht alltäglich. Es ist jedoch verlockend, alle Wege auch zu testen;-) Ein Fahrzeug mit genügend Bodenfreiheit dafür ist empfehlenswert;-)

Wir haben das schöne Haus mit Swimmingpool und die schöne Aussicht genossen. Im Haus war alles vorhanden. Die Tischtennisplatte war für uns eine nette Ergänzung. Die Straße dorthin ist holprig, aber gut befahrbar. Die Kommunikation mit Angel war schnell und klar.

Der einzige Nachteil ist der Zugang zum Haus. Die Straße ist stellenweise sehr beschädigt und nur an manchen Stellen vorbei, man braucht ein großes Auto, um hinaufzufahren. Aber es lohnt sich.

In Torrox gibt es wenig zu unternehmen, aber Nerja ist eine gemütliche Stadt und nur 15 Minuten entfernt.

Definitiv geeignet für Familien genauso wie Paare. Sehr vielfältig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Vom Pool bis zum Garten und einem extra Steinofen Barbecue bis zum Tischtennis. Der Garten besitzt wunderschönes Gewächs. Der Pool mit einer wunderschönen & idyllischen Aussicht ist echt atemberaubend. Der Besitzer ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter & warmer Mensch, der bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar ist. Er hat uns auch sofort die besten Spots mit den besten Aktivitäten zugeschickt. Die besten Tipps gegeben. Wir sind als Familie wie man merkt sehr begeistert und haben uns aufgehoben gefühlt.! Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr warm und freundlich bzw. auch hilfsbereit. Die Villa war ein wunderschönes Zuhause zum Übernachten. es war sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche war mit guten Utensilien ausgestattet. Der Pool war schön und groß. Den Kindern hat es Spaß gemacht. Die Kontaktperson war sehr hilfsbereit und auch die Person, die die Anlage täglich pflegte, war sehr freundlich Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche, wir kommen wieder!

Das Haus bietet einen absoluten Traumausblick, den wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen haben. Der große Pool mit Sprungbrett wurde gerne genutzt und die Bar mit Grill ebenfalls. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr modern mit Ausnahme der Küche. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden das Objekt definitiv weiter empfehlen.
