This beautiful house located in Torrox-Costa welcomes 4 guests.
The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the southern climate, where you will find a shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 15 x 8m and a depth between 1.25m and 1.50m perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Please note that privacy is partial.
The interior is distributed over two floors and is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. You enter through the upper terrace and on this floor you will find the kitchen and the living-dining room. The ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably, the living-dining room is equipped with AC and Smart TV and there is also a toilet. The lower floor is accessed by stairs and you will find the bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two single beds and both have access to another terrace with an outdoor sofa and sea views. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair.
This wonderful apartment is located in the magnificent urbanization Las Violetas, located in Torrox-Costa, a town in Malaga where you can enjoy the subtropical Mediterranean climate and offers the opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun and the sea. It has an interesting mix of traditional and modern architecture, stroll through the old town with its narrow cobbled streets, white houses and picturesque squares. It is ideal for those looking to relax on the beautiful beaches, enjoy the delicious Mediterranean cuisine and explore the charming architecture and natural landscape.
In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The swimming pool is available from April to October.

We stayed at Casa Siloam (10 nights September 2025).On arrival we found the property without difficulty but we were a bit disappointed with the property from the get go. There was a musty smell throughout which was improved by opening the doors to allow fresh air into the property and it wasn’t as clean as we would have expected (perhaps our standards are unreasonably high), and some cleaning of areas of the kitchen was necessary. The entire property is built onto the side of the hill so it is necessary to go down stairs to access the upper floor of the property and down again to access the bedrooms and shower room. There was a good shower in the property but when we used it the water flowed onto the shower room floor and out into the hallway. We had to use the towels to mop up the water and when we tried to contact the agent there were issues getting through to them. Eventually after emailing the agent we were contacted by the property owner, with whom we addressed our issues with the shower and that there was no change of bedding/ extra towels despite our stay being for 10 nights. Two days later the owner of the property attended, made a repair to the shower and provided additional linen and towels. Thereafter our stay went fairly smoothly.Yes, we had some issues but they were dealt with quickly by the owner, who was very attentive. In conclusion, the location was good as a base for our travels, the pool was lovely and the views from the terrace were spectacular.

Superbe logement avec vue sur la mer, très bien placé avec accès rapide à la plage. Restaurants à proximité, presque personne à la piscine! C'était un super séjour. Hôtes réactifs et logement facile d'accès!

La comunicación con Homerti fue muy amable y respondieron rápidamente a nuestras preguntas . El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo con lindas vistas desde sus terrazas. El jardín muy bonito y cuidado al igual que el área de la piscina.Aire acondicionado en los dormitorios y el living, muy importante para la ola de calor. Cocina bien equipada y baño principal nuevo. Buen punto para visitar los diferentes pueblos de la costa y sus hermosas calas. Varios supermercados en la cercanía. Muy recomendable !
