Tucked away in Torrey! Just off center street, 1 block to middle of town. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants , or Saturday farmers market!

Expansive views from house and large deck across quiet pasture and orchard. Boulder mountain and Cockscomb are just beyond. Deer frequent the backyard many mornings and evenings. Incredible Sunsets and Sunrises!

Spacious main level with living room, dining room, and kitchen in great room for 6 people to connect. Windows on entire south side of great room to enjoy grand views. Updated furniture and 70” TV in living room. Kitchen has island and bar, all with plenty of granite counter top space. Well-stocked kitchen will support a quiet night in.
