It’s just 30 minutes from the Maiella National Park, where you can take beautiful and refreshing walks through the forest. In winter, the mountains are blanketed in snow, and the Passo Lanciano ski resort opens for lovers of skiing, snowboarding, and other snow activities.

From Casa Cococciola, you can also discover many other places of cultural, historical, and religious interest: villages with medieval castles perched atop their mountains, monasteries carved into the rock hundreds of years ago, crystal-clear rivers, museums, and parks.

Casa Cococciola offers a stable and secure internet connection, specially designed for digital nomads who wish to work from a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. You can enjoy a milder winter, go skiing in your free time, and come back to relax, or visit in the summer and combine your work hours with days at the beach.

You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite meals, air conditioning, and a bathroom with a bidet, bathtub, and shower. The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed, a living room with a Smart TV, a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed, and a dining area. There’s also a small laundry room.

Two relaxing balconies let you enjoy the scenery: one offers a beautiful view of the Maiella, which in winter transforms into a snowy, glistening landscape, while the bedroom balcony offers views of the Maiella and the sea.

The garden is shared with the homeowners and provides a peaceful space to sit, read, have a coffee, or simply enjoy nature. In the mornings and late afternoons, birdsong can become part of the experience; and at night, far from the noise of big cities, the starry sky invites you to pause and look up.

You’ll also have access to private, enclosed parking, so you can leave your car there with peace of mind overnight.

If you’d rather eat out, you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants nearby where you can enjoy popular Italian dishes, such as pasta and pizza, as well as traditional specialities from Abruzzo.

Just 200 metres away, you’ll find a winery where you can take a tour of the vineyards, visit the cellar where the wines are made, and participate in a wine tasting featuring wines made from native Abruzzo grapes, accompanied by delicious local specialities.
