Nice surprise!
Just a quick overnight stay but we were very impressed with everything! We appreciate that they were pet-friendly at a reasonable rate as well. Will come back on our return trip.

My expectations for this hotel was mediocre, however I was surprised to find a lovely hotel that had a very comfortable room. The people on reception and restaurant were very nice friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing freshly cooked bacon eggs and toast with fresh fruit,yogurt,orange juice and coffee and croissant. Would recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again.

clean hotel. free parking. there's a restuarant open 24/7 and a small shop open until 11 pm. the restuarant food tastes really good. there's tesla superchargers on the premises and gas station as well.

Clean and friendly
The hotel is well place on the A7 heading to Alicante, security parking , staff where friendly and helpful , rooms are spacious and clean , good if you are travelling to Bilbao or Santander for the ferry to Portsmouth

As a 3 day stop over for the Moto GP this place was ideal yes it’s basic but the food and service was very good could do with some softer seating areas for the evening though

Paid twice for stinky smoking room
Hotel didnt recognize our Hotels.com reservation. We were eventually placed in a smoking room despite reservation of non-smoking. Had to pay for our room at hotel despite paying in advance through Hotels.com. Double payment still not resolved despite numerous customer service calls.

good morning, do you make a reservation for a given day and show up at the hotel another different day and want us to be guilty of your dismissal? THE HOTEL HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR RESERVATION! have you tried to fix it with hoteles.com and couldn't? and we have to see! We have done our job. The next time you make an online reservation you will be smarter. and about the reservation of smokers, that request is made in a non-existent reservation, we give him the room we have, he was lucky that we gave him a room !! regards

Easy to find on a service area just off the motorway the hotel is great. There's no noise from the motorway and the room was large enough with a great bathroom. The restaurant is open 24/7 and there is bound to be something you'll like.

I thought this property was a great deal for the price. It is a new hotel with an adjoining 24hr gas bar and truck stop. They have a gated parking spot for hotel guests. What i didnt like however, was that there was signs posted all over both the hotel and the cafe that said there was a breakfast available for a good price until 10:30 am. We got there at 9:55 and they had the entire thing cleaned up already.

Low service, but good value for money
The waiting time at check in was terrible, we where many customers waiting while the only person at the counter was talking on his cell phone. Apart from this the room was good value for money. Not a place to stay for vacation, but ideal for just sleeping one night on the road.

Room was ok but the interconnecting door ment you it was not very private as you here every noise all night long not the hotels fault we might stay there again if coming that way the resturant was good

An ok hotel
Overall, a good hotel where the staff was friendly. The only thing was the hotel allowed for pets and that would have been ok except that there was barking that can be heard during the night. The rooms should probably be a bit more sound-proofed.

Amazing stay. Really welcoming, amazing breakfast, great spacious room, really quiet even though it is conveniently right next to the motorway. Brilliant value for money! So pleased with this hotel that we stayed again on our way back. Couldn't recommend more highly

Perfect stopover on A7
Situated right on the A7 autovia, this is a basic hotel that will get you through the night so you will wake up fresh to continue your journey. Parking is ample. Hard to find on GPS, but go to hotel's homepage and you will find the exact latitude/longitude to enter into your navigation.
