Disappointing Stay - significant issues & misleading listing

My recent stay at was unfortunately very disappointing due to numerous unresolved issues that significantly impacted my experience.Upon arrival at the agreed 4 PM check-in, the apartment was not ready and still unclean. While it was eventually cleaned by 6 PM, this two-hour delay was an inconvenient start to our stay.Throughout our time, several critical problems persisted:•Non-functioning AC: The air conditioning in two of the bedrooms did not work. This made two bedrooms uncomfortably warm and effectively unusable for sleeping.•Persistent Ant Problem: There was a noticeable ant infestation in the kitchen from day one, which I reported immediately. This issue was never addressed during our stay.•Kitchen Far From "Fully Equipped": The advertisement stated the kitchen would be "fully equipped," which was a significant factor in our booking. However, it was far from it. There were no dishwasher! Additionally, basic items like a toaster were missing. These omissions severely impacted the functionality of the kitchen and directly contradicted the listing. Overall, the apartment felt like an unfinished shell rather than a functional and comfortable living space. The cumulative effect of these deficiencies – especially the delayed readiness, the broken AC, and the unaddressed ant problem – severely detracted from the value and enjoyment of our stay. I would not recommend this apartment until these significant issues are resolved.
