The room was immaculate and this was kept up throughout the stay . It was so close to the beach I could go for a swim and be back in my hot shower in 2 minutes . Perfect for morning runs & walks too . Breakfast was excellent. The staff were all extremely helpful and the classes had fabulous leaders . It was an excellent place to stay

Cleaning staff were amazing and always had the place spotless, and cleaned room to a really high standard. The staff in general were all fantastic. Poole areas were great and the bar staff were very friendly and approachable. We got the all inclusive which was great for the drinks, the food was the only let down for me. It was fine but I wouldn’t be relying on for all meals, it was a bit bland and like a cafeteria. All in all an amazing place and I would visit again .

I ate in the adjoining sister hotel where I had been advised by other guests that the food was of a higher standard. I was very pleased with the quality and variety of meals. It was however disappointing to see many guests wearing pool-side clothes to dinner.

Lovely hotel. It's 3 connecting hotels. Entertainment everyday. Staff were always at reception and polite. Reason I gave it 4 stars - the room for 3 adults was not great. Fairly small room and the bathroom is even smaller - which is a shame because from the outside, the building is really nice. Lots of food choices to pick from, but it does not massively change day-by-day

Overall delighted with hotel staff went above and beyond when we left a bag when going home they delivered it to the airport for us….the breakfast was great lots of choice for even the fussiest person, the room you get is obviously based on what you pay, I personally would pay more for a bigger room with a view, I did have to bring to their attention a duvet cover that had what looked like blood on it, however it was dealt with quickly.. we were there in November and the hotel and torremolinos itself are quiet which is great, sadly a lot of restaurants seem to take their vacation for the month of November…but still enough choice of places to eat….will definitely go back

Excellent family hotel, centrally located. Minor issue with Wi-Fi ( not great). Room coffee not always replenished. Wardrobe and drawer space minimal - cases wouldn’t fit under bed for stowing away.

October stay

Check in was easy however there where couple of of things we felt where a bit to much €23 aday parking is very expensive and a €20 per pool towel deposit this was overly expensive as this is not a cheap hotel to stay at.the room was small but clean bathroom had bath and separate shower cubical nice to have a choice. Alway plenty of hot water. The AC worked great. As the room door opened directly to corridor it could be noisey no good for a light sleeper. Breakfast lot of choice to much Evening mean was self service hot and cold food lots of choice alway two fish two meats on the gril a roasted joints 3 pasta dishes Rice dishes Salad etc lots for everyone. Service was quick once seated and drinks could be booked to room Several pools outside and one indoor limited changing area only 4 lockers no life guard The spa was expensive to use.

Reasonable but not great stay

Hotel clean and friendly staff . Negs are there are not enough lifts for the amount of guests staying as holds 4 in the two lifts per huge section of the complex. The WiFi is almost never working as cuts out
