We very much enjoyed our stay at this great beachfront apartment! Although the building was a little older and needed updates in the common areas, the apartment itself felt modern, fresh, and very updated. We had everything we needed, and the location was great! Would love to stay again!

Perfect location
I liked the size of the rooms and location. The poolbar and pool was safe and nice. The view was magical.
The service and the organisation with payment was not so good, and felt unsafe. The appartments had aircon trouble that was not solved during the stay.
There was no equipment for cleaning, but demands of clean appartment. So we had to buy a lot of ordinary things.
No trash bags, no soap, no brush for cleaning, two small toiletpapers, no coffiee.

Beautiful apartment with views to the sea and along the coast to Benalmadena. Quiet and peaceful pool area with large pool. Easy accesz to the beach by lift. Great local restaurants, walks, shops, trips and transport up and down the costa, including Malaga.

What a view !
Almost everything, Aurelio and Maria deliver the best service. The apartment was big enough for 4 people and the view is absolutely stunning.
We didn’t use the kitchen, but if you do, there need to be more cups, plates, forks knives etc. And the beds are 1.40 meter which is a little bit small.

Apartment had all modern applicances and was decorated to a very high standard. Aurelio was very attentive and took time to show us everything we needed to know about the apartment and surrounding area. The apartment is overlooking the sea with amazing views of the sunrise and sunset. It's also a 5 min walk to local shops, bars and restaurants. Beautiful location and stunning apartment!! You won't be sorry if u book this amazing apartment. We will def be back.
its all about the location..GREAT! the condo had everything we wanted and it was clean, but could use a little tender attention but it wouldnt stop us going there again. We had a wonderful vacation. The booking and payment process was not easy for us . It was our 37 world wide rental and had never run into a place that you just couldn.t put both payments on your credit card .Also be aware beach towels are not provided and you must pay 3euros each for a lounger at the pool per day.

Over looking beach - bars, no noise just the sea.

Both rooms have glass walls looking out to sea. Balcony door-wall is glass panels that open completely.
General building

Pool was closed so cannot comment.
Pool area, big, plenty of space, you will need to take your own blow-up bead.
Building dates from 70s so as the style of the 70s.
Pool bar, never tried but looked good condition and fare priced

The location of the property was first class.
However, the condition of the apartment was not it requires substantial renovation. The service of the letting agent was very poor. For a ten day stay there was no change of bed linen or towels no soap was provided and only one toilet roll per bathroom. I find this unacceptable. At the time of writing I am pursuing the agent for the return of my 350 euro deposit to which they are as yet unresponsive. In conclusion I would not use these agents again.

Vue sur la mer et soleil d'après-midi.
Logement bien aménagé avec très belle vue de la mer et de la plage côté Bénalmadena. Cuisine bien équipée et lit confortable. Photos représentent exactement ce qui vous attend. Excellent service et communication avec Aurélio et Maria.
La situación y vistas del apartamento. La comodidad para bajar a la playa o estar en la zona de arriba del pueblo. Atencion y amabilidad de la persona que nos dio las llaves .
Más utensilios de cocina como por ejemplo un cuchillo para cortar el pan mejor que el que hay ya que apenas corta. Poner algún paño más de cocina y servilletas.
Y manteles individuales. Alguna balleta más para la cocina .
Un toldo en la terraza ya que con los cristales y la luz hace efecto invernadero dentro.
Schöne, geräumige Wohnung. Toller Blick aufs Meer. Die beiden Schlafzimmerfronten sind komplett aus Glas, natürlich mit Jalousie, so dass man vom Bett aus auf das Meer blicken kann. Alles in allem prima.

Besser wie gedacht
Nach den schlechten Bewertungen im Vorfeld, hatten wir schon ein paar Bedenken. Diese waren aber völlig unbegründet. Von dem Erstkontakt bis hin zur Wohnungsübergabe hat alles super geklappt. Danke

Très bien situé. Vitré en entier avec vue sur la mer.
Pas pour quatre personnes , pour deux seulement car relativement petit. Des renovations sont à venir, donc va probablement changer.
