Avoid MalagaSuite.
This property was advertised with several key amenities either unavailable, missing or misleadingly described.
The communal pool was heavily promoted throughout the Expedia listing and presented as a major feature of the property. On arrival, it was closed and unusable for the whole duration.
The apartment was advertised as having air conditioning. In reality, there is a single unit in one bedroom only. The rest of the apartment has none. The unit also makes a constant clicking noise, making it unsuitable for overnight use.
The smaller bedroom has no storage whatsoever. You’ll live out of your suitcase with no floor space left.
The listing also advertised a microwave, but none exists. The coffee machine leaks due to a faulty valve. The property was advertised as offering onsite parking yet MalagaSuite confirmed there is no onsite parking, forcing me to leave my rental car on the street.
What made this experience particularly poor was the response from MalagaSuite. Every issue was reported during the stay. Responses were minimal, dismissive or non-existent. No responsibility was accepted, no practical solutions were offered and no compensation was proposed.
Problems can happen in any property. What matters is how they are handled. MalagaSuite showed little interest in resolving legitimate concerns and seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than helping paying guests.
Had the property been described accurately, I would not have booked it.
