Imperial Apartment
Two bedroom apartment with a complete bathroom in the center of Torremolinos. Spectacular views of Plaza la Nogalera and very close to Calle San Miguel.
Bus stop right at the portal. Commuter stop right at Plaza la Nogalera with combinations between Malaga Center and Fuengirola, giving the possibility of visiting the City of Malaga only 20 minutes away and the airport 10 minutes away. The high quality furniture and has a full kitchen and kitchenware. It also has two large-format televisions, air conditioning and a covered terrace with great views of the Plaza and Calle San Miguel. The beach is a 15 minute walk, supermarkets are available less than a 3 minute walk. It is located in the heart of Torremolinos, with a multitude of shopping areas, restaurants, flamenco tablao, many discos and pubs. A small library is available inside the apartment.

Cristobal's apartment is more than a holiday apartment, it is a home from home. Large rooms, very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen equipment, hairdryer, iron etc. Location couldn't have been better, bus stop and train station on the doorstop. We have just enjoyed a lovely week in Torremolenos and can definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Cristobal

Lovely apartment right in the middle of Torremolinos
The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos, bright well appointed rooms, fully equiped kitchen, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good too. Carmen the owners representative was wonderful. Any questions to the owner Cristobal were always answered promtly.
The apartment is in a great position looking directly over the main square so a plentiful choice of bars, cafes and restaurants.
The train station and bus stops are both a stones throw away, so easy to go exploring, there is a taxi rank close by as well.
The only downside was that there was building work going on in the apartment above and so it got very noisy. This strictly speaking is outside the owners control and hopefully will only be temporary but since this is a review of our stay it should be mentioned.

Nous avons adoré cette appartement. Il est bien agencé et spacieux. Manque peut être un peu de vaisselle(saladier) et une cafetière plus moderne.Une chaine tv française serait la bienvenue.
L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Torremolinos et ses environs;
Merci à Carmen pour sa gentillesse et à Cristobal pour sa réactivité aux problèmes.

Schönes Appartement mitten im Zentrum
Die Lage mitten im Zentrum Fußgängerzone nur 50 Meter von der S-Bahn ist genial. Die Betreuerin der Wohnungen vor Ort in diesem Haus heißt Carmen und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Sie spricht allerdigs nur spanisch aber mit Zeichensprache und Google-Übersetzer vom Smartphone ist das kein Problem. Die Ausstattung inklusive Klima ist top, man hat alles was man braucht. Leider gibt es zur Zeit keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme, da Fernsehen über Internet des Anbieters Orange TV. Das W-Lan ist zeitweise instabil , betrifft aber die ganze Region. Der Vermieter Herr Christobal ist jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort um alle Probleme. Er sagte mir dass er auf SAT-TV umstellen und somit auch Deutsche Programme zur Verfügung stellen wird. Direkt vor dem Haus fahren die Busse nach Malaga wenn man nicht mit der Bahn fahren will. Zum Strand gibt es die örtliche Buslinie 2 die ca 150 Meter direkt am Hotel Roc Flamingo abfährt. Zurück fährt man bis zum Busterminal und geht zu Fuss ca 350 Meter über die obere Fußgängerzone zur Wohnung zurück, besser geht es nicht. Am Busterminal kann man Bonobuskarten (10 Fahrten) für 5,90 Euro Stand 2017 lösen., somit kostet eine Fahrt zum Strand gerademal 59 Cent.
