Beautiful condo in a great location

The apartment is clean and comfortable and in a wonderful location. The building was always clean and the gym well equipped. It would be great to have a little booklet with instructions for example, what to do with garbage and recycling, as well as recommendations for places to eat and instructions to use the train.

Great, comfortable apartment close to the sea

Location close to the sea, new and well maintained nice complex, comprehensive equipment in the apartment and underfloor heating. Large terrace, big gym. We would like to come next year again. With a 3 week stay, we would have appreciated it if someone from vivi had come personally and explained all the special features of the complex to us. The parking space in the garage is too narrow for mid-range cars. Indoor pool and sauna were not available: This is of course completely understandable due to the water restrictions, but a refund should have been made. Annoying: Neighbours left their little dog alone for hours - it was barking all the time.

Buen apartamento, buenas vistas

La urbanización estaba genial, la playa al lado, la terraza y el salón grandes y bonitos, Las duchas estaban mal selladas y se inundaba el baño. El conflicto que existe con la comunidad de propietarios es bastante incómodo y estuvimos casi dos días sin poder utilizar la piscina, fue una situación un poco desagradable.
