Thanks to its privileged location between the beaches of El Bajondillo and La Carihuela, you will be able to enjoy a unique environment with private access to the seafront promenade via the exclusive lift of the urbanisation, as well as being just a few minutes' walk from Torremolinos town centre, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the train station.



With 100 m² of living space and a magnificent private terrace of 20 m², this corner apartment offers impressive front views of the sea and privileged side views of La Carihuela Beach, making it the perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean from sunrise to sunset.



The spacious open-plan lounge-dining room, completely open to the sea thanks to its large windows, is a bright and welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach. It features a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace, ideal for having breakfast whilst enjoying sea views, enjoying a meal with a view or relaxing with a drink at sunset.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and all the necessary kitchenware to prepare any meal with complete comfort during your stay.



The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, both with direct access to the terrace and spectacular sea views. The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen Size bed, whilst the second bedroom has two single beds, offering perfect rest for both families and groups of friends.



Each bedroom also has its own private en-suite bathroom, fully equipped with a shower, providing an extra level of comfort and independence for all guests.



To ensure maximum comfort throughout the year, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms.



During your stay you will be able to enjoy all the facilities of Santa Clara Castle, including its extensive gardens, the communal swimming pool, usually open from June to September (dates and times depend on the owners' community). The swimming pool has sun loungers available for hire, the use of which is charged and is managed directly by the community.



To access the swimming pool, an access chip is provided during your stay. This chip must be returned at the end of your booking. In case of loss or non-return, a fee of €50 will be charged for its replacement.



The urbanisation also features an exclusive private lift with direct access to La Carihuela Beach and the seafront promenade, one of the greatest attractions of this prestigious residential complex.



If you travel with children, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair, upon request and subject to availability.



Furthermore, we provide all our guests with bath towels and beach towels. For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer a complimentary change of sheets and towels.



Once the booking is confirmed and before arrival, all guests must compulsorily complete the online check-in process, in accordance with current regulations from Spanish authorities for tourist accommodation. This procedure is essential in order to access the apartment.
