Lovely place with everything we needed, quiet and in a good location near amenities. We had an issue with heating and access to private parking area on the first day, but host sorted it rapidly
A perfect apartment that had everything I needed. Location was very good with supermarkets, bars and restaurants near by. Only short walk to the beach. Grounds and pool was fantastic!
Beautiful apartment with everything you need, very quiet and secure, I would recommend it for older people who like peace and quiet it is in a great area close to all amenities and a small supermarket just across the road.Very close to the sea front and lots of great bars and restaurants I would definitely stay here again.
We have holidayed in this area for over 20 years & this apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Contact with owners &,check in was very good. Apartment is in a great location. It has everything you need (felt like home from home). The terrace is amazing. We loved it!.Would definitely recommend.
We were greeted bye our Hostes on arrival, We were over the moon with the apartment. It had everything you could possibly want. Located in the heart off all the restaurants and bars and with a lovely sea view plus sun all day. Been wonderful

Lovely bijou property. Extremely well located and the bonus is the garden equipped with sun loungers. The property is in need of a little TLC.We also had problems with the TV for the last 10 days and were unable to access any English channels which was disappointing but on the whole we had an enjoyable 3 weeks and would return.

amazing apartment
had a lovely stay at the apartment all you could wish for
Great central place, with in easy reach of all the main places .Apartment was modern with all you could need for a self catering holiday, and a lovely outside seating area. Would definitely go back.
This lovely bijou ground floor apartment was just perfect for our stay. So well positioned close to the sea front and Benalmadena Marina. There is a lot of attention to detail which made the apartment just perfect for us. The south facing garden with sun loungers was a definite bonus. We liked it so much we have booked for next year. Great apartment
We stayed here over Christmas 2017 and really liked the apartment.
You can tell Francisco and Carmen take a lot of care and attention in the upkeep of this place.
Everything you want from a stay in Torremolimos.
Spotlessly clean and tidy.
Good WiFi and great TV with UK channels and Netflix.
Good location between Torremolinos and Benalmadena close to the Marina and loads of good restaurants.
Outside area is good for sunbathing and a nice pool and terraced area.

We have just returned from this wonderful apartment so close to the beach. The position was perfect , only 5 minutes stroll from Benalmadena Port and our favourite walk along the sea front to Torremolinos past all the restaurants , cafés, shops and bars takes about 25 minutes at a leisurely pace. The apartment is perfect , beautiful, modern , immaculately clean and had everything you needed , we absolutely loved it. The patio and garden were lovely and had the sun for most of the day until about 5pm. Thank you Francisco and Carmen. We were greeted by Ian who explained everything we needed to know for our stay. El Trillo restaurant on the same street and The Carvery , very close by served amazing food and The Tahiti Bar again just over the road was a lovely welcoming bar . The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the weather but sadly that’s out of everyone’s control. We would definitely love to come again to this apartment if available when we are free. Looking forward to our next visit.
Wohnung im tadellosem Zustand. Leider sind die Wohnungen in dem Gebäude schlecht gegen Schallübertragung isoliert. Wenn dann in Nachbarwohnungen renoviert oder saniert wird, dringt der Lärm in die eigene Wohnung. Wenn diese Arbeiten Nachts stattfinden wird man um den Schlaf gebracht. Das war 6 oder 7 Nächte der Fall. Eine Beschwerde bei der Vermieterin hat leider nichts gebracht.
This is our second visit to Francisco and Carmen’s property. We love the apartment. We were blessed with sunshine in the middle of November so could take advantage of the lovely little patio and garden area to relax in. The apartment Is clean , nice decor , the shower is big , plenty of towels, tea towels and all cleaning equipment , including washing for up. It is only 8 months since my last review so I had already said most things. It is 20 minutes steady walk from El Pinillo train station , our favourite restaurant is still El Trillo , we went twice and took friends, it’s amazing, The Carvery is worth a visit too . Tahiti bar just a minute walk away is such a lovely bar, very welcoming and lovely couple who own the bar. We also love Banana Bar on the front , brilliant cocktails and so relaxing sat watching the sea and people. We can’t wait to go back and will always try this apartment as it’s brilliant for a couple.
Could not have found a nicer garden flat with all the amenities will definitely be going back. The host’s could not be more accommodating and helpful. Thank you
We stayed at this apartment in the 2nd week of February in an area which is right on the border between Torremolinas and Benalmadena, 5 minutes walk to the beach and the nearby Marina.
The ground floor apartment is spotlessly clean, well equipped for a short vacation and in a very secure complex with a little patio and garden overlooking the private. Francesco is a very helpful and friendly person who drove over 100km to greet us after 9.00 pm on Saturday night.
Great value for money and I’d recommend to anybody. I would definitely stay here again.

Rated this property 5/5. On arrival met by the owners who were really pleasant and very helpful. We were shown around the property and everything was explained to us. The kitchen area was extremely well equipped for any cooking you wanted to do. Also a washing machine to use of required. Free wifi ,TV with English channels. Fantastic shower. The bed was excellent so comfy. Patio plus small garden,equipped with table and chairs also 2 sun beds. You get the sun most of the day. Overall a fantastic apartment for a holiday and so close to all amenities. Would definitely book again.
Enjoyed stay at erisa again can't fault location and accomodation pleasant owners everything on your doorstep only one thing is to say seating could be a little bit more comfortable other than that wonderful apartment
