Villa Castano J-A Murcia Holiday Rentals Property
Fully refurbished 2 bedroom Ciervo detached villa. With new kitchen and appliances, part re-fitted bathrooms. It has its own pool and brand new patio along with a foldable glass conservatory area. Very high spec property.
The accommodation is equipped with: garden, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, air conditioning in the living room, private swimming pool, private heated swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English), radio.
the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
The Resort
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):
- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Number 6 - Exquisite cuisine and cocktail lounge
- La Perla Negra (The Black Pearl) theme bar
- Route 66 American Diner with pool table and showing sports events
- La Gustosa Italian & Pizzeria Restaurant
- Tasty Bites offering Indian & Continental Cuisine

Nice house
Detergent for dishwasher, washing machine and other things was nice to find as you do not use that much while staying only a month. Also very nice to find water and even wine and beer and various small things as we arrived late at night
It would have been good to have a user guide or some reading material on some of the appliances but somehow we found out. We found the bed in the master bedroom too narrow
