Lovely penthouse apartment
We stayed for 5 weeks in Dec-Jan and would happily return again. Great location and wonderful outdoor space including a terrace facing south which had winter sun on it until 3pm. Great communication with the host and their local property managers. Highly recommended.

Location was ideal for us. Terrace was big with nice view to innner complex area. However there was a bad smell inside when came. Like smoking inside or a smell from a burned electrical applience. We ventilated the place a lot and washed inner surfaces but did not get rid of it completely.

Although our apartment is non-smoking, occasional smoke can drift up from the balcony below. All electrics and appliances are regularly checked and no faults found. Our manager inspected the apartment after the guest departed and no smell was detected. As the owner, we contacted them during their stay, and they reported everything was okay.

Lovely Apartment
Nothing to criticize,the whole holiday from pick up at the Airport by the property manager Rob to the return trip was spot on. Apartment was lovely, very well equipped, everything spotless, a credit to Ann the owner and again to Rob the property manager, we even managed a birdie and a few pars on the golf course, but I wont mention the lost balls! The town cen Highly recommended

An amazing penthouse apartment with loads of outside space. Great location near the golf course and various bars/restaurants. Host and Property Manager were very helpful. Excellent value for money. Thoroughly recommend.

Fabulous
We have stayed at Ann's apartment several times and it doesn't disappoint. The apartment is in a good position close to all the onsite amenities, restaurants and supermarket and has lovely views from both balconies. Communication is excellent and any query is dealt with and answered quickly. Overall an excellent, comfortable and extremely clean apartment that has everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning soon. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely spacious apartment
It was a penthouse apartment. Was clean, spacious and 4 min walk to all the on site bars, restaurants etc, with a nice view overlooking one of the many pools. Had a wrap round balcony as well, which was really nice as well.

Lovely Apartment
Lovely apartment, perfect location within the resort. Only issue that we had was that the bed mattress was quite uncomfortable. As we stayed here for 3 weeks, this was an issue but if you’re only going for a week or a few days then this apartment is perfect. As we normally go for longer stays we probably wouldn’t book this apartment for that reason,

Penthouse in la torre golf resort.
A very nice place to stay, central location for visiting beach and other towns and cities in Murcia. The la torre golf resort was very well maintained with plenty of facilities. A very good couple of weeks.

Great apartment- great location
Great apartment in perfect location on the resort. Sun terrace and balcony are excellent. Just a very short walk to town centre and golf course. Kids loved the three pools directly at the apartment complex.

A fantastic apartment
We had an amazing stay at this apartment. Communication with the owner was excellent and the check in process really easy. The apartment was very clean, had everything that we needed and the space was excellent. We had to swap rooms with our Daughter as the double bed was a little on the small size for us but the twin beds suited us perfectly. A sunny breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool and an evening drink on the shaded terrace really made our holiday. Very close to the on site shop and the 'town' which is a collection of on site restaurants and bars. We will definitely holiday here again. Thank you Ann and Rob.

Three days to look at the area for the 1st time .
We only stayed 3 days but we found the accommodation lived up to the description. It was clean, tidy, well equipped and although Aircon was available in 3 of the rooms we found that a low setting in the living room provided sufficient coolness in the near 36C outside! The balconies were well equipped and provided ample space for lounging around and lazing away a few hours. If you're coming to La Torre and intend to use the "town centre" then this apartment is very well placed. Thanks

Amazing stay - fab location for golf and socialising/eating out!
Apartment was very comfortable and fully equipped - huge balcony space, lovely views and fab location for all facilities 👍 … top tip: ask your driver to drop you at the golf club entrance if you arrive early on check-in day - you can grab a drink/ snack / coffee at the terrace bar there - the golf club entrance is almost opposite the apartment! Fab location for bar and restaurants too. Blue Collar restaurant on site was wonderful (especially the Seafood Pasta)! Looking forward to visiting again … 👍👍👍

Base for viewing properties
It was a nice clean apartment, near the town centre. Everything is provided for you. Bathroom a tad small but useable. Also, we think there is a resident family living on the floor below who were very noisy. Other than that, a nice place to stay for a break.

Great service and communication from owner and key holder. Well situated apartment close to the resorts town centre with access to beautiful communal gardens and pools. Apartment had everything needed for our week in Spain.

Great apartment, 2 min walk to town and golf club. Lovely views of the pools and golf club. Everything you need in the clean and bright apartment. Private sun terrace great for sunbathing and so easy to pop down to the pool for a swim. Rob and Jackie who look after the apartment for Ann do a great job on hand to answer any questions and greet you. Can definitely recommend and will stay again in the future. Thank you Ann

lovely apartment.
the apartment is lovely and has all the things you would need for your stay. it was quiet and peaceful. la torre is a lovely resort, well kept and reasonably close to towns that have nice restaurants if you have a car but if not there are places to eat on site. I would definitely go back.

This is our second visit to Ann's apartment at La Torre, the last time being 4 years ago. It didn't disappoint. The apartment had everything we needed and the wraparound terrace and separate balcony meant we had the choice of sun or shade at all times of the day. The resort is immaculate and during our stay properties were being repainted and maintained to ensure that the overall high standards are maintained. The Spar supermarket stocked everything we required at good prices. Since our last visit the hotel has reopened as have a number of bars and restaurants. There are also more homes occupied which gives a much more 'lived in ' feel to the resort. A car is essential if you want to get out and about and explore the surrounding area. All the beaches are immaculate and the warm clear waters of the mar menor safe for both the elderly and young children alike. We will definitely visit again. Thanks to Ann for allowing us to stay and to Rob who was on hand if we needed anything at the resort.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need at hand.
Directions to the resort and the meet and greet were spot on. Had a very minor issue that the key holder resolved immediately. It was a home from home for us and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the apartment as a base for exploration and the location was excellent. Can't praise our stay enough as absolutely everything we needed was there.

Wonderful Apartment ideal for Families & Golfers !
Just arrived back to UK having stayed in this wondeful apartment July 2018. Both balconies are great for sunning, relaxing and eating out on, also great views. The apartment catered for all four of us, plenty of space. Both Swimming pools were ideal, the resort seemed to be very secure too ! A great base to explore the Mar Menor, Murcia and Cartegena too. Would reccommend this apartment to both families and Golfers. The Hughes Family

The apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained. Good view of swimming pool. Close to all amenities. Negative, towels and cushions smelt musty, you had to pay extra for a welcome pack. A gesture of milk, bread and butter, and water could of been welcomed. Just 4,out of 5

We love the Torre Golf resort and have stayed on a number of occasions. This is he first time however in this penthouse apartment and it was great. We had everything we needed for our stay and would recommend this property which is reasonably priced. We will be going back next year.

Beautiful penthouse apartment - perfect for a sunshine get away break.
This is the second time I have stayed in this wonderful apartment at La Torre. The apartment itself is so well equipped and perfect for a relaxing break in the Spanish sun. Communication & information from the owner is efficient and clear. The meet and greet/ welcome at the resort was thorough - the place is spotless and so safe. We enjoyed sunshine throughout the day due to having a balcony and a very large private sun terrace. Would recommend breakfast at the club house, a trip to Cartagena, La Zenia beach & the salt lakes near Torrevieja. Will definitely book again.

Very comfortable substancial and well equiped apatment, set in a well maintained environment.
The apartment has a large balcony combined with a very large patio area at the top of an apartment block. It is well equipped, with very effect heating, if needed, excellent tv reception, is comfortable and overlooks an extremely well manicured central garden providing access to three very clean swimming pools. The resort has a feel of a small town, with some facilities including a well equipped supermarket. There is 24 hr. security with key access to residential communal areas. The combination of a well kept private resort and this excellent apartment is not just for those who play golf, it's for anyone who wishes a relaxing break, with the addition of beaches only some 20 minutes drive away..
