Thank you for your feedback Sujeewa however nearly all of this information is provided on the listing and in the booking confirmation you received so you could have either not booked or cancelled when you received the booking confirmation if it did not suit. It clearly states on the listing a 3PM check in and you will find it is common with nearly all properties in the area, amenities are listed to get you started, doonas are triple sheeted, air con instructions are in the manual on the table at the property and you did not advise us re the downstairs TV or we would have looked at it during your stay.
