Resort Apartment 263 is a privately owned one-bedroom apartment located within the Wyndham Resort Torquay, directly opposite Fisherman’s Beach—ideal for an easy swim, snorkel, coastal walk or nearby surf breaks. It’s also an easy 10-minute walk to Torquay’s cafés, restaurants and shops.
The apartment sleeps up to three guests with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. There’s a full kitchen and open-plan living and dining, with views across Deep Creek Reserve and some ocean glimpses (please note the exact view may differ from the photos).
Guests enjoy access to the resort’s shared facilities, including pools, spa, gym, tennis court, BBQ area, kids play areas and a seasonal café.
Check-in and key collection is organised through Surf Coast Holiday Rentals (not at hotel front desk). Keys are collected from the Surf Coast Holiday Rentals office at 20 Pearl Street, Torquay, with after-hours key collection available by arrangement

Resort with everything you need
The facilities at the resort are great. The rooms are a bit tired. Sofa bed didn’t work and pillows and main bed pretty uncomfortable. Nice view and close to town. Check in process through real estate agent over the top.

Great pool.
Clean room.
Small beach view.
Can walk to town centre or drive. Plenty of parking.
Resort could do with some updates.
Really need to have 2 sets of keys to room. There are times where you need to be out at different times so then can't get back into room
