The air conditioner was not working properly so it was very hot in our room. The staff kept saying that it felt cool to them so they wouldn’t do anything to help. It was cooler than outside but not cool enough to sleep. By the last night it was finally fixed after complaining over and over and over again

The room was cleaned timely and was in good maintenance. Water was replenished every day. There was very little counter space in the bathroom, barely enough for toothbrushes much less other hygiene items. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The room was large and we had a great view.

Room was switched because tv didn’t work. Downgraded room. We went from a top floor to the first floor. It was so loud near the street, banging garbage trucks all, loud music, poor sleep, staff did not try to resolve issue at all.
