Great place to stay. Staff was great. The only thing was I was charged at check out for room cleaning and incidentals. I don’t mind paying for room cleaning but the little things like shampoo, toothbrush and etc…. I thought was free. I feel bad because I didn’t know this was considered incidentals and denied using any incidentals and the charge was removed. (I thought it only pertained to the mini bar). The next hotel stay is where I understood what incidentals involved. I’m so sorry for not understanding.
I would stay there again. Supermarket in the basement was great and what we missed at the next hotel stay.

Overall a very nice hotel. Breakfast was lovely. Located close to Shiomi train station that gets you to Tokyo station for a connection anywhere around Tokyo or Japan! Tokyo station does require a fair amount of walk to any connecting train! Staff was very courteous. Helped us setup our Suica cards on our phones. Convenient store within the hotel and two more close by. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

Excellent value for money - we did try a few hotels in Japan and Prince Sakura Tower clearly stands out as the perfect one
Do note that there is a bit of walk (around 10 min door to door) from the hotel to Shinagawa station

"The room was fabulous. Service staff are very friendly. There are a lot of activities to do in the hotel. Living close to nature. The only downside is that it is not near the train station, you have to call the hotel to get someone to fetch you (Limit 6pm). Additionally, there aren't a lot of shops ..."
