This hotel looks like it should be condemned. The restaurant is boarded closed, pool area closed and one old guy at the desk. In a very poor shambles area. Do not recommend.

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno e siamo stati veramente bene. Posizione ottima per raggiungere Perugia, Assisi e tanti paesi vicini belli e caratteristici dell'Umbria da vedere. Personale e proprietari gentili e attenti alle esigenze dei clienti, ottimo ristorante, pulizia ovunque e due piscine sempre aperte con due vasche Iacuzzi gratuite. Consiglio assolutamente!!

Buona soluzione

Hotel confortevole a 10 min. di macchina da Perugia. Ci sono stato per l'Umbrajazz e mi è sembrata una buona soluzione. Ottime le piscine a disposizione per rilassarsi. Ottima la pulizia e colazione a buffet con cappuccino e caffè veri (per me fa la differenza). Unica pecca la posizione, si è in una zona industriale, ma se si è in macchina, a 10 minuti ci sono molti posti da visitare (Assisi, Spello, Perugia stessa).

Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. Camera pulita e silenziosa, letto comodissimo. Personale ospitale e gentile. Mi hanno dato una camera doppia nonostante avessi prenotato la singola. Il mio cane e’ stato più che benvenuto e non c’era sovrapprezzo da pagare per la sua presenza. La colazione e’ semplice ma di qualità, con le bevande servite e il buffet di cibo dolce e salato (c’è tutto quello che serve). La sera e’ possibile cenare nel ristorante dell’albergo dove si mangia molto bene e i prezzi sono ragionevoli. La struttura si trova accanto a una superstrada, nonostante ciò l’ambiente e’ gradevole e non rumoroso. L’albergo ha il parcheggio e, per chi viaggia con il cane, c’è tanto spazio per fare una passeggiata in tranquillità e sicurezza. Sicuramente quando dovrò andare a Perugia tornerò in questo albergo!

Unico appunto: il riscaldamento non è il top e in inverno o il viaggiatore si porta un pigiama pesante altrimenti rischia di patire il freddo. Il ristorante invece è stata un'ottima sorpresa, specialmente in questo periodo dove o ci si affida all'asporto o al ristorante dell'hotel, in questo caso il cibo proposto veramente buono

Posizione defilata, un po' difficile da raggiungere, strutture un po' datate, camera un po' angusta ma comoda e silenziosa. Parcheggio ampio. Colazione modesta, da 2 stelle. Hotel molto frequentato, servizio a tratti confusionario per l'affollamento e per le regole antivirus. Prezzo ottimo.

Only stayed one night and arrived late in the evening. Room was clean but comfortable but could do with an update. Breakfast was good and the dinning area was new bright and airy with an open courtyard area. The swimming pool and spa area was spectacular. Even though the hotel is adjacent to a major highway the hotel and outdoor areas were quiet.

Nulla da aggiungere. Tutto perfetto. A meno di un minuto dall'uscita della E45. Arredamento non recentissimo, ma stanza ampia e con tutto ben funzionante, dal wifi alla doccia. Letto comodissimo. Colazione abbondante e variegata.

è perfetto per fare le spese!

Abbiamo fatto le spese a Deruta dove ci sono molti buoni negozi di ceramiche. Non è troppo lontano da Orvieto, Todi, Assisi, ed altre bellissime città. L'albergo e' tranquillo e lo staff e' amichevole. Ritorneremo un giorno!
