"We love the location walking distance to the Arringo Square and Piazza del Popolo. Lots of restaurants and it was market day in the square. Bed was comfortable, clean, spacious room and bathroom. Bathroom has big bath tub no glass or curtain for shower so made sure not to splash water. They asked us our breakfast choices so we had scrambled eggs and toast. Staff were helpful. "Pleasant older style hotel. Reception staff most serious. Restaurant/breakfast staff very nice & friendly. Parking easy. Rooms adequate. Someone needs to introduce rhe cleaning staff to bleach-to remove mould in shower tile grout."

"Like in the Spinal Tap movie, if I could give this property a 6 for everything I would have. Beautiful location with view of olive groves up a hill on one side and the Adriatic Sea on the other. Nice, clean, modern, comfortable. Best breakfast we have had so far on this trip. The managers Federica and Guiseppe were so accomodating and wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be.
