"I had emailed my birthday plan months before my arrival and I thought I had a plan but got there and started all over again and due to language barrier that took another 4hours. Property is very beautiful but also overpriced for a non inclusive dinning. Spent 4nights there for 1800 and cant seem to understand that cost, staff needed to be trained more for foreigners especially english speakers. Thank God for one of the concierge team Ethan, he was helpful with all of our enquiries. Breakfast...

"The Shilla was a very pleansant stay. Although we did not get to use all the facilities like the pool the rooms were super clean and cleaning staff are on the ball. Perhaps the building of a indoor bar near pool with views would add to the experience"
