1 King Mini Efficiency Bedroom with 2 Burner Mini Stove Top, Microwave, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster. All standard rooms have private balconies and a panoramic 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Beach front is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you jumped off the balcony you would land in it (not recommended). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

Nice 2 day getaway

It’s an older property but I liked it. I go to Topsail beach often. I live in Wilmington NC. It’s worth the 55 minute drive. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful ocean front view.

Top sail beach

Fine room. A little pricey. When sitting on porch the entire view of beach and ocean were blocked by railing. Overall good stay

Great birthday experience

I loved it here! Jonathan was awesome! And the rooms were so clean! Every one around us staying there were so nice. It was quiet and peaceful. I don’t have any problems or complaints!

Older property but rooms were clean.

We arrived early knowing we couldn't check in until 4:00. Since our room wasn't occupied by anyone the night before, the manager called us at 9:45am and said we could check in. When we needed fresh towel or anything else they arrived quickly. We will stay here every year. Seen you in 2021!
