Tucked away on scenic Mill Creek near the mouth of the creek, this inviting coastal getaway offers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, water access, and middle peninsula charm. Just minutes from open water, you’ll enjoy effortless boating access to the Rappahannock River and beyond- ideal for fishing, crabbing, sunset cruises, and day trips on the water. By boat, you’re a short ride from some of the area’s most loved destinations. Relax with the family in this sunny, comfortable cottage.
1.Occupancy: Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
2. No parties, events, or large gatherings. These are strictly prohibited.
3. Smoking: No smoking or vaping allowed inside the home.
4. Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees. Please pick up waste from your pet outdoors and dispose in a trash receptacle. Failure to pick up after pets could result in additional cleaning fees.
5. Check-in/Checkout: Check-in begins at 4:00pm. Checkout is by 10:00 am unless otherwise approved.
6. Property care: Please treat the home with care. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
7. Waterfront access: Guests assume all risk when using docks waterfront areas , and outdoor amenities.
8. Septic system: The home operates on a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or dispose of grease or food down drains.
9. Safety: Do not move fire extinguishers, move or disable smoke alarms/detectors, or carbon monoxide detectors.
10. Trash: Guests are responsible for placing trash in designated bins and leaving the home in reasonable condition.
11. Access and security: Do not share door codes or access instructions with anyone not on the reservation.
12. Furniture: Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
Violation of these house rules may result in additional charges , immediate termination of the reservation without refund, and/or involvement of Airbnb.

This home is warm, inviting, and impeccably decorated. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the cozy blankets to the serene spaces ideal for reading, movie nights, or taking in the beautiful water views. Having stayed in many vacation rentals, this was by far one of the most beautifully equipped homes we’ve experienced.
