Knowing that we were not getting a high end hotel we were actually pleasantly surprised. The room was clean the sheets were soft (pillows garbage). The ladies we came in contact there were all very pleasant with smiles. Breakfast was not great only waffles you make or packaged mini muffins. My suggestion: if you are only going to do only waffles do it well. Have butter (they did not), get a couple cans of whipped cream and freash fruit or somthing. Would almost be better to save the money and not serve anything. Lots to eat near by.

Pool area was torn apart and piles of construction refuse were piled around area. Area felt unsafe and dirty and around the back area was a group of homeless persons apparently living. The pictures advertise a place that does not exist.

We booked a king-size room. The room was worn out the flooring was chipped, the air conditioning unit did not work and there were no cords to the phone or the alarm clock. They moved us to a double queen room. Both beds were so worn out that when you lay down you rolled towards the edge. Those beds were probably the same beds from when the placed opened a million years ago. The rate were affordable, but when you cant get a good nights sleep its not worth it. We both woke up with sore backs and will NEVER return.

This was a conveniently located for our trip. It was clean with clean grounds. An older building with a vary nice staff. The price was good. Not any real extras but we were looking for a good bed for a short stay. Perfect for us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were sad that the pool and hot tub were broken and hair dryer in our room didnt work or the jets in the tub in our room. Everything was clean and we would stay again!

Door didn't latch without extra force, food still in fridge (shrimp!), front desk wanted copy of hotels.com receipt to prove I'd paid. Not willing to trust pool/hot tub cleanliness based on rest of facility. Travel the extra time and stay in Yakima.

Horrible selection of “continental breakfast” (worst I’ve experienced at any hotel that offered it), there was a flea hopping around in the sink when I went to use it (I washed it down the drain) and hairs on the bedding, and someone started vacuuming in the 10 PM and 4 AM hours outside my room and making all kinds of other noises in the next room. The room itself wasn’t terrible overall, aside from the previously mentioned issues — I wasn’t expecting an in-room jacuzzi, which was a nice surprise; although I didn’t end up using it… Also, the heating / air conditioning unit needs upgrade. If I have another job in this town, I won’t stay here…

Hot tub was not working, no internet so no tv, room was clean just very smelly in the room beds were comfy, staff was great but had us on 2 nd level & no elevator so has to change rooms over all ok for the price

Only one way in, but with 3 exits. Security was awesome, Very strong smell of room deorderizer but very clean and comfortable. Reasonable priced at short notice.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. It looked like the flooring had recently been redone. The “free” breakfast was not worth “free”. I would improve the breakfast or drop it entirely.

Some good, some bad.
Nice young people behind the counter, but in my room when I couldn’t get an Internet connection, it took well over a half hour for someone to help me. The next day, when I went down for breakfast, which the previous evening I was told would include scrambled eggs and sausage, there was only cold cereal. The good news is that I slept very well because the bed was very comfortable. I would have to rate this aging hotel about a five or six on a scale of 10.

Double Queen room.
Met our expectations nice and quiet, comfortable, only thing was I noticed the bathtub wasn’t cleaned up right there was a lot of left over soap residue and in the sink area as well, and we only had one shower towel in the bathroom for a double Queen room. 3/5 stars. Service was great, pool area was nice and clean.

Quiet, Clean and comfortable. What I didn't like was coffee maker cord was shoved through a desk hole behind refrigerator, but couldn't be plugged in there, because fridge and microwave were already using up available plug ins. I relocated it, which was a pain. Also 3 of 4 bed reading lights were burned out. Simple fixes like this would make an otherwise nice room be better.

The property is very bare bones and in a strange location. The positives about the motel is that the staff is very good and keep the property extremely clean. Unfortunately I would not stay there again, despite the positives.

We enjoyed everything about our one night at the hotel. It’s older, I think maybe formerly a Best Western, but has been pretty well maintained. Room was spacious, bed was comfy, and AC worked great. Only negative was the breakfast selection, there wasn’t much so we left without eating.
