"Through no one’s fault their internet was down but they were not well organized. Staff had to let you into your room every time you left. My biggest concern came Around midnight when someone tried to enter my room. Thankfully I travel with added door locks and alarms so they didn’t actually get into my room but this was very alarming especially since I was traveling alone. My biggest problem was that when I called the desk, they spoke to me like it was no big deal as well as the staff the next day. There was no manager on site to speak to and no one even apologized. "

"Front desk staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful and attentive. Best Western is one of the few hotels that has a reasonable pet fee. I am usually only spending one night on the road with my dog and fees for a place to stay have tripled in the past few years. I hope Best Western keeps doing what they are doing!"

"What a great value! Adam was an excellent host. The space is the lower side of his split-level home. He lives up top. The driveway was ours for the duration of our stay. He parked on the street. Immaculately clean. Massive space for the price. Theater-style living room with large TV and recliners. Bedrooms have sitting areas and TVs. Adam was communicative and polite, ensuring we had everything we needed. Will stay again when the opportunity comes up."

"The room was clean and small which was nice. The beds were better to sleep in than most of the other expensive hotel rooms. There was no dresser but where there was some crayon coloring on the wall - didn’t bother me too much. But the door was difficult to get open. Looking at it positively, breaking inside would be difficult for someone to do. The small training room was nice with A/C upright bike and weights. The treadmill didn’t work. They were fixing up the place making it look real nice. The breakfast wasn’t bad with fresh fruit, eggs and sausage, cereal, and bagels with coffee and juices. The staff was friendly and nice by letting us check in early and my request for a 1st floor room so very happy with my stay :)"
