10/10 Excellent

"The staff was very helpful at every opportunity. The room was tidied up everyday and the morning breakfast was always delicious. The only “weird” thing I experienced was the bathroom had no sink or vanity and it was in the bedroom and there were no towel holders near that sink so it was awkward. One day there was a bad egg smell in my room and the staff had it fixed quickly and it never reoccurred so it was fine."

"Throughout our 5 day stay the smell of Marijuana smoke lingered in hallways, elevator, courtyard. Even though No smoking signs were posted everywhere, this didn’t stop those particular tenants from smoking door. We addressed the issue with management but the problem was not resolved. Management has to do a better job of identifying the tenants smoking dope and immediately expel them. Just follow your nose! It’s not that hard to find them. I felt management didn’t want to bother with it. I feel sorry for those families with kids that have to put up with that."

"Pros; Lots of free, well lit parking. Easy to get to. Close to a lot of stores. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room came with a microwave and refrigerator (although the frig didn't keep things very cold). The room we had on the third floor was quiet. Cons; Our room was a little small so it was a little uncomfortable. Small bathroom. Small dark shower with a slippery floor. Small toilet. Too small of a breakfast room for as many rooms as they have in that hotel. Only ice machine was in the first floor breakfast room, a long ways from our 3rd floor room. Our last morning before we checked out our key card wouldn't work. There was no one at the desk and the maids wouldn't help. I had to use an electronic kiosk to resolve the problem. I would have preferred a real person to talk to. We would consider staying there again, but next time would request a handicapped room with a bigger bath with grab bars. I'm 80 and that would be helpful for me."

"True budget hotel. Needs a lot of maintenance in both common areas and inside rooms. There was water stain on ceiling and sofa. Room was very dark without much overhead lighting. There was no shampoo in my room. It took two asks to get a mini bottle. The front desk staff first handed over a conditioner thinking it is a shampoo. Room has poor sound insulation. Loud freeway noise throughout the clock. Don’t book if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was scant but to be expected for the price. Tables were cleans and there were plenty of seats - one of few positives about this location."

"The building looked very nice on the outside but the inside smelled gross, the cabinets in the room were falling apart, and worst of all, the room was crawling with bugs! We reported this to the front desk and they acknowledged an infestation and that they'd had an exterminator there the last few weeks. They asked hadn't we been informed at check-in? We were amazed! We would never have checked in had we been told! Thankfully they said they'd issue a refund and let us leave, but it has yet to appear on our card 4 days later."
