The first room we were given smelled horrible, like a dead animal. The hallway was fine, it was just that room. We went to the front desk and the very nice gentleman immediately gave us a new room, which was fine.

The shower head was a rain one and not everything sprayed and the pressure wasn't very good. Otherwise the room was nice and clean, very comfortable.

Tidy room, decent breakfast. There for a conference. Not sure if I would pay for breakfast there otherwise when there are so many independent and interesting breakfast places in Lawrence. However, the Cold Brew martini at the bar as a nightcap was exceptional!!
