The staff was great, even helping us locate my wife's lost nickers which were accidentally taken out with the used towels! All the conveniences of home. Also, great location for all things Nelson. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed."

"Room was nice and clean, staff welcoming. The hotel has a restaurant which was convenient. Breakfast was available for a fee. Parking is also free. Just the location is not that great as it is on a main street. We had a room facing the busy street, therefore, the night was not really quiet. But anything else was fine and it is a good hotel."

"The room on the top floor was nice and roomy with a very good fridge and smart TV. The bathroom was quite small but it was clean and modern and the shower was power. The only complaint I have is that the bed was quite old and not the most comfortable. The receptionist was great and we enjoyed some banter with her when we checked in. Friendly staff with a sense of humor are always appreciated."
