"Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment down to the ski room — something we’ve never experienced before. It immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. On our first evening, the service was again outstanding. Your staff were incredibly attentive, and they introduced you to us as the owner. When you kindly came over to our table, I confess I didn’t fully realise who you were in that moment, and I’m a little disappointed in myself — had I known, I would have loved to speak with you properly. From a customer-service perspective, what you’ve created here is extremely impressive, and I would have enjoyed telling you that in person. I run a software business in London, and I would be extremely happy if my customers’ experience was anything close to what we have experienced here. "The property looks much better in Expedia photos than it feels in person. Rooms have been renovated but lack basic amenities for comfort. As someone who travels frequently for work, the checkout experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was curt and confrontational about their cash-only policy for extras under 50 euros. This wasn't mentioned at check-in / booking and makes very little sense for Expedia customers who may have pre-paid their room. Having traveled through multiple countries, I didn't have cash available, and while this initially seemed to be a major problem, the charge was eventually processed by card after the receptionist lectured me about traveling without cash. The whole situation felt unnecessarily confrontational and put a dampener on my last day. I don't usually write reviews since most places offer great service with helpful staff. For a relaxing Alpine experience, I'd suggest looking elsewhere until they provide their front line staff with some better training. The great thing about the alps is you're not short of choice and the majority of places have helpful friendly staff. "
