Spacious, clean apartment with secure parking and comfortable bed. However Very cold especially the main bedroom, the heating didn't seem to work in this room and no heating in the bathroom. It would be helpful to have instructions for TV on the guest info site on the TV. No mountain view as advertised. Wouldn't stay again.

Fantastic location, awesome spacious apartment with full kitchen and beautifully designed! Parking was very secure, very easy process considering it is a no contact apartment loved the idea of it being contactless. Could not fault staying here, will most definitely be back!

Modern and clean apartment.

Enjoyed a weekend in Toowoomba with friends. Apartment modern, light and airy and clean. Close to the centre of town with a cafe next door.

Excellent location. Good security. But basic supplies were not great e.g.for a five night stay, only 2 satchels of dishwasher powder were available. The showers were grubby to start and I purchased shower cleaner to get through the stay. In the kitchen there were no knives except flatware.

Family stay for netball

Nice place but given only one key fob for 5 people called to ask for another one to be told they only have one. Not sure what would have happened if we got locked out or lost fob. No instructions to use washing machine which we needed to use each day as we were there for netball state champs so couldnt get anything dry and no clothes airer to hang washing.

The stay was good and the process made easy. Unfortunately the TV was unable to stream any services (Netflix, Stan) and had no internet capability. We called and they explained the ‘dongle’ was broken. You can use the gym beneath the building for free, we only found this out by the employee at the gym who told us when we went to pay.. so we called the contact and organised two access cards. Easy check out.

The property is presented very well and is in excellent condition. The 2 bdrm apartment had good facilities and was as expected. The information from wotif to expect communication about key access 24 hours before was inaccurate and led to some confusion and time wasting trying to contact the apartment and ultimately Wotif only to find that the details were not going to be sent until the room was ready on the day of checkin a couple of hours prior to checkin time. This needs to be addressed as this is very below par. Also we checked in on 24th December and despite it being a 2 bdrm apartment there was only one key fob which meant that we needed to arrange for everyone to leave and return to the apartment at the same time or leave the key in the checkin safe or rely on buzzing the apartment to be let in. This is very unsatisfactory if someone stays out late and the other person is already asleep when they return. We were told that there was no other key fob available for that room as many had been lost by not being returned - not sure about that as usually they can be programmed to different rooms as required. On the subject of keys not being returned - the key return safe has a combination lock and we were not given the combination and there is no slot in the key return safe to return the key. We were not the only ones judging by the number of keys returned in the key checkin safe! Generally good accommodation but these are things that need to be addressed.
