Collectively both premises form part of a niche inner city urban renewal project which has transformed a heritage listed shop that was over 100 years old into a contemporary short term cottage accommodation development. The villa has been designed to integrate into the historic Mort Estate precinct while offering all modern conveniences including fully equipped Chef's kitchen.

Peaceful and relaxing

We loved this property. Its has all amenities you need, is clean, comfortable and even spent time relaxing there instead of going out. Its in a quiet area with not much traffic, and close to the centre and queens park. Hope we can come again.

Just beautiful. Wonderfully welcoming. Really felt homely. We appreciated the loaf of lovely bread and butter left for us to use. Definitely wish to stay again.
