The pillow protectors and pillows were stained and not very comfortable. Spa was good. Television was very small and not all channels could be received due to its age. An extra towel rail in the bathroom would have been handy given extra towels used for the spa and for swimming nearby. Rose Cottage...

The top half of the bathroom window is not frosted. One can be seen from the road that runs along the house. Had to squat in the shower, not to be seen. Everything else OK."

"We stayed here between Christmas and NY and despite the rainy weather had a lovely time. The house is comfortable and kitted out with everything you need. It's a quirky place and we enjoyed playing a bit of pool, the video games and the kids loved exploring the large garden with our dog. It's a great base to go walking from or head back into Warburton (only a short drive)."

"We had such a lovely stay at this cosy cottage. Everything is in good nic, very good quality bedding and kitchenware. A lot of personal touches - A home away from Home. Fireplace works a treat to take the chill off. The reverse cycle also warms up the place in a jiffy. The kids got stuck into the games and puzzles as it rained most of our stay. Great location - walking distance, along the gorgeous river, into town or the caravan park. We would definitely book again."
