We loved our stay! Clean, cute, and comfortable! We appreciate all the amenities- the hosts thought of EVERYtHING you could possibly need. Beautiful view and great location for access to Tonto Basin hiking.

Great for a few days at the lake. Good for 2 people. New, clean and very well stocked. Beautiful views from the patio. Owners were very responsive to questions. Hoping to stay again next summer.

Tonto Basin visit

Enjoyed our stay at the Tonto Basin house. Was very clean and comfortable . Owners were very nice and accommodating ! Definitely recommend this location.

Great spot in Tonto!

One of the best properties I’ve found. Had everything we needed and more to make for an easy enjoyable stay. Plenty of parking. Comfortable bed! Would stay here time and time again!

Perfect Getaway!!

This was our 2nd time staying. The location, cleanliness and comfort are excellent. We will always stay here if its available. So close to some amazing SxS trails so we brought the toys this time. We will be back!!

Access Tonto Basin

Property was immaculately clean. Ron and Wendy were fantastic hosts, extremely laid-back and accommodating. Great people. Good place to stay if you want to access Roosevelt Lake or any of the off-road trails in the Tonto Basin.

Fun Lake Weekend

The house was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to come enjoy the Lake. We don't have a boat but if we did there was plenty of parking. The bed was comfy and they views were great. We will stay again!!!

The Perfect Little Spot

This smaller unit really packs a great VRBO punch! Clean, tidy, organized - you can tell the Hosts are VRBO professionals and know what they are doing. The home is 100% stocked with everything you need, clean and ready to go. Yes, it is a little smaller and I would not do more than (4) people in this home, but the Hosts make it as comfortable as possible. The dirt road is definitely a smaller, inconspicuous one, but even more reason to rent this spot out. Great work and thank you.

Comfortable, cozy little home

My family stayed when we attended a wedding in the area. The house was beautiful, comfortable, cozy and clean and had everything we needed to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The host even set up the most comfortable camp cots in the living room for two extra guests. The only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer! Hope to stay again!!!

Clean and convenient

We were visiting friends who were camping at Roosevelt Lake and needed a place to stay nearby that was close. This place fit that requirement. On top of that, it was very clean and well furnished. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the place offered. Hoping to go back again with the grandkids soon.

Beautiful Spot in the Mountains

This little house was perfect for a quick getaway outside of Phoenix. The house was really well appointed, very comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, and had a lovely view of the mountains. Awesome communication with the hosts. Highly recommend. Thanks so much!

Exactly as advertised

Place was super clean, fully stocked with products you might have forgotten. A/C worked amazing and the two bed cots were super convenient for some extra guests. Host was super friendly and answered all our questions. We were able to leave the next day at our convenience because there must not have been more people staying the next day and we didn’t have a check out time. Would stay again. 5 stars.
