Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good amenities. The frying pan was a bit warped but all the other kitchen appliances were great to use! Location was close to transit/subways and the monorail. Unfortunately they started construction early on a Sunday morning so it was a bit loud. I would happily stay again!

"I always stay at the Nikko Narita Hotel; before traveling abroad and when I come back to Japan. The shuttle service to Narita and the shuttle service to the hotel are so convenient.
