We love old hotels. Having two large rooms with a queen bed in each worked well for us. All I'd recommend is a lamp on the desk. Hard to see in that area.

This is a lovely old hotel. Everything is authentic to the olden days. Our room was large, clean, with comfortable bed. We enjoyed it very much.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. I stayed for two nights but my room was not made up or cleaned the second night. I got in late and had to call for clean towels, coffee etc. other than that, it was a nice stay.

A true unexpected treasure in the desert and in a town with fascinating history. The rooms are newly designed and unique. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for the comfort and space.

Renovated 1906 building, kitchenette in room as it was an apartment at one time - a nice surprise after a day of driving! Attentive and helpful concierge.

We loved the decor and that they allowed our dog to stay with us, the room was quiet besides the creaks of the old hotel which was kind of endearing, and the bed very comfortable- the best sleep I've had in days on the road. The shower was nice and hot with great pressure. Knocked off one star just because I felt they were understaffed, we had breakfast at their sister hotel at the Pittman Cafe and it took a while to even get a cup of coffee even though it wasn't very busy. I would recommend this little gem.

Cute renovated historic building with great charm. Room comfortable and clean. Easy walking to bar, restaurant and snack bar. Staff pleasant and helpful. Area with lots of mining history.

Great destination for a fun weekend get-away. Hotel is beautifully restored and walking distance to restaurants. We meet with friends every year and enjoy this historic hotel.

A gem in a ghost town. We stayed there because there’s no other decent choice between Vegas and Reno.

We loved the feel of this classic turn-of-the-20th-century hotel. It's not often that one has the opportunity to step back into time and history like you can in Tonopah. The price seemed high for a nearly deserted property on a snowy Sunday night in February.

Quiet room
We have stayed at their sister hotel, the Mizpah, across the street several times. The Belvada room was quieter, and the hotel seemed nicer overall. Fun, historical place to say.

We would have rated our stay a '5' vs. a '4' except the parking "on the street" was risky in our opinion, and we'd have preferred the complimentary breakfast to be in their coffee shop (adjoining the hotel) vs. walking across Hwy. 95 to a different hotel. But mainly, leaving our car/belongings on main street/Hwy. 95 was uncomfortable for us. Otherwise the room and staff rated a "5."

I’ve stayed here many times but this time was not good.My room had a bad creak on the floor after going to sleep I realized the bed is sinking into the floor and not level, terrible sleep and the jerk riding around on an ATV all afternoon and even at 3:00 AM ! Is insane.He even parks his ATV in the Belvada parking lot. I guess he’s the manager. I used to love this place , but I won’t be staying here anymore also because it’s way too expensive.Lets also mention getting food to go from the Mizpah is no longer an alternative at $22 plus tax and tip for a Hamburger.

Belvada Belvada
The Belvada is definitely worth a stop if you are passing through Tonopah. If you are interested there is a lot of history to learn about the area. The hotel is lovely. The atmosphere however as you enter was a little dull. The foyer is gorgeous, it just needs some music to give it a bit of life. The staff are friendly but I wouldn’t say they have the best customer service skills. They appear bored and don’t go out of their way to help. However in saying that the room was huge. Had a few issues with plumbing and broken coffee machines. But the experience was well worth it. Access to the gym and breakfast across the road was great. Play some music in the foyer and smile and it would rate really high.
