Winter in the Midwest and the pool water was freezing. Many people complained and they kept telling all of us it’s due to the size of the facility. Well we have stayed at multiple I did water parks much larger and have never experienced. Other than that villa was great, clean and well stocked .

It’s a good get away if you want to get away from the city and connect more with nature, a lot of different bird species to admire. The staff is really well organized help us with any questions. The cabin was really well organized and clean.

The room and beds were clean and comfortable. The property needs some updating. In-room microwave and refrigerator were old and not in good shape. There was mold on the fridge door gasket and it didn't close well. The microwave door is a different color than the rest of the unit (clearly not a design ...
