Don't expect any service at this location. Period. Though there were 2 people, this hotel staff refused to provide 2 door keys, saying we don't have extra keys. Weird but understandable. The room was hot, so tried to lower the room temperature. The front desk staff said they can't turn on air conditioning system because the weather is not that hot in April. I noticed each room has individual system air conditioner, so asked for the air conditioner to bevon. But they refused because it's not May yet. What kind of service hotel this is. A local authority was called in and tried to resolve the issue, but I knew the police couldn't force it. Though I was aware of it, I hoped they should've learned a piece of service mind for the future guests.

중앙시장근처라서 도보로 둘러보고 식사도 편리하고 조식도 알찼어요 직원분이 여분 이불이랑 여러 편의를잘 봐주고 친절해서 아주 좋았습니다

알찬방과 지리적 위치 좋은 호텔
통영에 새로 생긴 호텔이라서 일단 깨끗합니다. 알짜게 차여져있는 방이라는 느낌을 받았고 스마트합니다 위치는 좋습니다. 주말임에도 생각보다 조용해서 잠도 잘 잤어요

전반적으로 훌륭했으나, 아쉬운 점 몇 가지...
새로 리노베이션을 해서 전체적으로 깨끗했습니다. 다만, 새 방 냄새가 심해서 방을 변경해야만 했어요. 주차 관리에 좀 더 신경을 써주셨으면 하는 바램도 있었습니다.

혼자 여행인데, 잘 지냈습니다. 깔끔하고 가성비가 좋은 호텔입니다. 자전거 여행이었는데, 자전거 세울 곳이 없는 것이 옥의티였습니다.

호텔은 아담한 크기이나 청결하고 방음 잘 되었어요 옥사에 루프탑 있어서 야경 보기 좋았어요 직원분들이 친절히 맞이해 주셔서 통영에 대해서 좋은 이미지가 생겼습니다.

신축이라 깨끗하긴 한데 ..가격대비 룸이 좀 협소하고 호텔도 크지않다. 아침식사 간단하게 토스트와 콘후레이크와 커피. 그럭저럭 하루 지낼만 하다.
