"Very friendly staff and beautiful hotel. My staff was just before Christmas and therefore the hotel was decorated beautifully!"

"Multiple issues When we turned up, the bar staff hadn’t been given a key, they found it but then advised breakfast hadn’t been organised for the morning as the booking had been forgotten so they arranged for bits of food to be left out for us, but in the morning there was no milk, fruit juice, had to hunt around for crockery and cutlery and what was left not brilliant. The room we struggled to get into, when we finally managed to access it, there was nothing to drink in the room, no water, coffee or tea facilities, no iron if we needed it, sink and shower tiles had massive cracks and mould around the bathroom, couldn’t turn down the heat of the flooring. Found out we were the only guests, so our second night we returned at 9pm to a closed bar and no one available, totally abandoned and just glad I was staying with my sister in the room or I would have felt very scared on my own as it’s very remote "
