"Family friendly, excellent room with seperate bunk beds in almost an alcove for the girls. Lack of tech that would have allowed us to stream through TV and let them watch a film for bed. Pool excellent, breakfast great for picky eaters"

"We really enjoyed our first stay at MacDonald Highland. It was instantly a child-friendly atmosphere (we were holidaying with a nearly 3 year old and a 5 month old) and the facilities for them were wonderful. The staff were particularly helpful and the family room set up was great although we had to drop the legs of a single bed down closer to the ground for our toddler as it was a bit too high. Our only very small criticism was the apparent lack of sockets by the side of the bed for phone charging (this would help when konked out after trying to get two young children to sleep!) We look forward to visiting again!"
