Good stay ruined by not returning hood deposit

"Great stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (£1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to us"

A great stay

"Ir was great overall. The food and service is the real winner. Bed was comfy. Only issues were no water on the first night but they sorted tho out within 15 minutes so kudos to them and the lift broke when we were checking out. Other than that really positive and would definitely stay again. Perfect ..."
